We don’t. Any RCIC or other authorized representative will never do it. It’s a violation of CICC’s Code of Ethics. We also suggest you to avoid all kind of Ghost Consultants as well as unethical representatives who “guarantee results” or provide “success rates” to grab your attention.

Please visit our “Services” section on the website. In most of service category, after assessment and consultation, we will provide customized document checklist, guidance for documents preparation, fill the IRCC forms, write letters/cover pages, etc. For retained service, we also provide Authorized Representation.

Q. What is Authorized Representation?

RCIC’s are regulated by various regulatory bodies of Canada to protect clients’ rights. If the client is unhappy with the service, client can file a complaint with CICC (the regulatory body) and get the refund of service fees, that has not been earned by the RCIC by that time.

Q. How long does the application process take?

There are three parts in the process – document preparation (by client), review and submission (by NextSpace) and the processing (by IRCC). We take 5 (five) business days to review and submit application to IRCC once personalized document checklist is completed by clients. Actual countdown will start after client complete the document checklist. At IRCC, application processing time varies depending on certain factors; such as, type of application, country of residence, number of applications, etc. So, the actual timeframe could not be measured.

Q. Can I get refund, if my application rejected?

CICC strictly prohibits RCICs from agreeing to contingency billing. Since the service was already provided, the money is earned by the RCIC and cannot be returned.

In consideration of Admissibility criteria of Canada Government, an applicant may need to obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where he or she has lived for six or more months consecutively since the age of 18.
